The overall design of the tablecloth was inspired by nabati patterns decorating Shirvanshakh Palace Complex in Icherisheher. The former residence of the governors of Shirvan (Shirvanshakhs), located in the capital of Azerbaijan, Baku, is a true treasure of Azerbaijani architecture.  The monument was created by Khalillulah 1 in 1436. In 1964 the palace complex got a status of the national park and is currently protected by the state. Shirvanshakh Palace Complex was included in UNESCO Heritage List in 2000.  The composition of the decorative design consists of a structure of beautiful nebati patterns knows as "Rumi" and "Hatai" respectively. These elements have been inspired by the beautiful stone-carved decorations in the same monument.  This is a real stone marvel. .  Designer used red color to reflect the symbolism of the strength and power. Nowadays the treasures of Shirvanshakhs can be found in the best museum collections of Turkey, Iran, Great Britain, France, Russia and Hungary. Some of the carpets from the palace are kept in Victoria and Albert Museum of London
